    What kind of fluctuations of the ratio should we expect over the summer? and why?

    Hi Martin, We would expect the sales to active listings ratio to drop in the summer due to a lower number of sales in June, July and August and then pick up again in September. This is the historical typical fluctuation in the annual market. See the graph of price fluctuations here:
