Home in Peel Affordable Ownership Program
Below is a link to a program offered by the Region of Peel to assist eligible home buyers who have a total annual income of $62,600 or less to purchase a resale home in the Region of Peel (Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga) that does not exceed a purchase price of $208,000.
I thought that this may be of interest to potential buyers.

Hi Mark, some are suggesting that market is coming down as sales are much lower this year and unemployment is high, i was expecting it is wise to have higher real estate prices as inflation goes up and this is coming with higher oil/gas prices but apparently this is not true in canada? .....how do you see the market doing in 2008/2009/2010 ?

Thanks for your comments. You may be correct with your predictions. I think that we will see a moderating of our market this year and into next year. Once the US election is over and the new president is sworn into office in January, I see the US improving by end of 2nd Q 2009 and then our marketplace will surge again at the end of 2009 into 2010.
